After graduating from Auburn University Montgomery in 1999, Allison began to pursue her love of photography. She began working as an Assistant Manager and technician for Ritz Camera in Montgomery, then went to work as a Dolphin Photographer in Orlando at Discovery Cove in 2001, and eventually working again as a technician with Kodak Labs in Las Vegas. While in Vegas, Allison received her professional photography certification from the New York Institute of Photography in November of 2004.
Allison has the support of her wonderful husband, Travis, and together they are raising two beautiful little girls, along with their large hairy child—their German Shepherd mix, Chance. Allison has been an active volunteer with Humane Societies across the country for more than 12 years and is also a member of the ASPCA.
